“Being in the present throughout your session really ripples into my week, and beyond. A reminder to root and ground when life gets super busy.”
Relax in Nature,
Play with Creativity
'“Really loved this. Made me really aware of things I don't usually notice when in the woods. Your voice is very relaxing & the slow pace & guidance on the senses to be aware of was perfect.”

We believe in building connection to nature that can enhance people’s physical and mental wellbeing. We use the 5 pillars of wellbeing; nature, art, rest, nourishment and exercise to build affective and life enhancing experiences.
Each session is tailored to the needs of the group we work with, using a person centred approach and building collaboration between participants.
-
We work with a range of individuals and groups, from corporate away days to community centres. Our adaptive approach helps us design personalised experiences for everyone.
What is Forest Bathing?
The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity, as well as lower heart rate and blood pressure, boost the immune system and accelerate recovery from illness.

I will welcome you, we will briefly introduce ourselves and settle into the space. I will then offer you a series of ‘invitations’ which aim to connect you to your senses whilst being in nature. These involve a guided sensory meditation, a slow paced walk within woodland and the chance to explore your surroundings with child-like curiosity. The invitations are gentle and not enforced, you can engage with the parts you connect with and leave the parts you don’t.

The world, and our place within it, can seem complex and full. For some people, this can promote feelings of anxiety, low mood and uncertainty.
During these times it is useful to focus on promoting self-care, to work towards being present for ourselves, and those around us.
I aim to help you develop a ‘wellbeing toolkit’ that you can use whenever you feel you need it. Regular time in nature, and doing creative activities, can help us manage life stresses, boost our immune systems and increase happiness.
Please get in touch if you have any questions.

'I felt at peace right away and found it easy to get into the space (I was surprised by this as I normally struggle with meditation and easily get distracted)'
